Do I need get verified before backing projects?
Yes. Only verified users can back our projects.
How can I change my address?
Go to “My Account” … change the “Address” field an *click* “Save changes”. You may be required to verify your “Proof of Address” additionally.
How to upload my “Proof of Address” ?
Go to “My Account” … go to “Proof of Address” … *click* “Upload Document” … wait for the upload to finish … *click* “Save Changes”.
How to upload my “ID / Driving Licence / Passport” ?
Go to “My Account” … go to “ID / Driving Licence / Passport” … *click* “Upload Document” … wait for the upload to finish … *click* “Save Changes”.
How do I change my last name in the profile?
In case you got married and there is a change in your last name. Please contact us through the “Contact us” section and we will change it for you manually. Additionally, you will need to upload a new “ID / Driving Licence / Passport” to match your last name.
How to change my crypto address or network?
Go to “My Account” … go to “Crypto Address” and/or “Crypto Network” … make the desired changes … *click* “Save Changes”. !! Make sure to carefully check your crypto address and network that everything is correctly filled out. Lugani.io is not responsible for potential losses due to wrong crypto details. !!
How to apply for the affiliate program?
*Scroll down to the bottom of the page* and *click* on “Affiliate Program” and follow the instructions. All Affiliates have to be verified members.
Where can I see my discount reward on Lugani’s properties?
Your discount rewards can be seen in the “My Account” section. See “Discount Reward” – this is the accumulated discount reward based on all your backings.
