When will I start receiving my rewards?
Each backing will be administered as soon as possible. However, we need your backing to be sent at least 10 working days ahead of the new month. Example 1 = On the 20th of January you are backing project X. This backing will start to generate rewards starting from the 1st of February. Your first rewards will be sent to you at the beginning of March for the month of February. Example 2 = On the 10th of January you are backing project X. This backing will start to generate rewards starting from the 1st of February. Your first rewards will be sent to you at the beginning of March for the month of February.
Can I give my discount rewards for apartments to friends / family?
Step 1. Log-in into your account and go to “Book a Trip”. Step 2. Send your request to us by your email (The email which you have provided to us). Send us the full names of the potential guests and the of your friends/family and dates. Step 3. We will send you the price offer and a payment link. Step 4. After receiving your payment, we will confirm your booking and follow the instructions from our confirmation email…. that’s it!
Can I back one project several times?
Yes. Each time you back the project, your backed amount is accumulated and your monthly rewards will reflecting our full packed amount.
Do I need to tax the rewards I receive from Lugani?
Since each state and country is different. We always recommend to contact your tax advisor or accountant for advice.
Can I withdraw my backed amount from the platform?
Yes. On all our projects we offer have a 100% Buyback Guarantee. For more details please see the Buyback Guarantee section.
Will I receive a notice when you launch a new project?
Yes, all registered members will receive an announcement when a new project is launched on our platform.
