How to receive rewards?
We reward our members with rewards once they back our project. The more you back our projects, the more rewards you receive. We provide two types of rewards, discount rewards and monthly crypto rewards. Sign-up today to receive yours!
How to calculate my rewards?
All information about the rewards which you receive from each project are in detail specified on each project. If you like even more information, go to the “Reward” section on top of this page.
Where can I see my rewards?
All your rewards will be visible in your “My Account” section.
Where do I receive my discount rewards?
The discount reward level will be specified in your “My Account” section. The more you back our projects, the higher the discount reward. For more information see the “Reward” section on the top of this page.
Where do I receive my crypto rewards?
Your crypto reward will be added to your “My Account” section and can be withdrawn anytime. Make sure to able aware of the possible fees. For more information see the “Price List” section on the bottom of this page.
Can I receive my rewards in a fiat currency?
No. Unfortunately are the bank fees too high to make this economically feasable.
How to book an apartment with Lugani with my discount reward?
Go to the “Book My Trip” section at the top of this page and follow the instructions.
Can I give my discount reward to my friends and family?
Yes. Step 1. Log-in into your account and go to “Book a Trip”. Step 2. Send your request to us by your email (The email which you have provided to us). Send us the full names of the potential guests and the of your friends/family and dates. Step 3. We will send you the price offer and a payment link. Step 4. After receiving your payment, we will confirm your booking and follow the instructions from our confirmation email…. that’s it!
Do my discount rewards increase when I back more projects?
Yes, the more you back our projects, the higher your discount reward.
Is there any timeline to claim my discount rewards?
No, as long as you are backing our projects.
Is there any timeline to claim my crypto rewards?
No. You will receive an email in case your account will be inactive for a longer period of time, to remind you of your crypto reward.
Can I add a crypto address of a friend or family as a receiver of rewards?
No, only you may receive cypto rewards from your backing. You can of course always send them to your family or friends once they arrive in your crypto wallet.
Do I need to be a verified user to receive crypto rewards?
Yes. Only verified users may back our projects and receive rewards.
When will I receive my crypto rewards?
Each backing will be administered as soon as possible. However, we need your backing to be sent at least 10 working days ahead of the new month. Example 1 = On the 20th of January you are backing project X. This backing will start to generate rewards starting from the 1st of February. Your first rewards will be sent to you at the beginning of March for the month of February. Example 2 = On the 10th of January you are backing project X. This backing will start to generate rewards starting from the 1st of February. Your first rewards will be sent to you at the beginning of March for the month of February.
When will I be able to use my discount reward?
You can start using your discount reward immediately after backing one of our projects.
What is the cheapest crypto network?
The most economical crypto network is the POLYGON network (MATIC).
