Lugani.io facilitates property-backed properties of Lugani, to enable investors to earn returns by backing Lugani’s rental properties. All properties are 100% owned by Lugani (no bank loans).

Which regulations apply to Estateguru?
Lugani.io is a reward based crowdfunding platform based in the European Union. Reward based crowdfunding rules and regulation of the European Commission apply.
What we are NOT:
We don’t raise equity in return of %-share of the company.

If you’re writing to us about a technical issue we would highly appreciate a screenshot showing the error message. If you would like to inquire about a deposit made, please attach a payment order, if possible. If you send us a document or an image, please check that the document’s quality is good and has all the necessary information.
Do I back a loan on the property?
No. All properties are 100% owned by Lugani.
Do I own the property directly?
No. You won’t own the underlying real estate directly. When you back a rental real estate project on Lugani, you will own a Backing Agreement with Lugani, the 100% owner of the underlying property. This agreement is a legally binding contract with Lugani. This agreement, enables Lugani to send you your crypto rewards and give you discounts on its properties. Moreover, it forces Lugani to Buyback this agreement in case exercised. This makes backing real estate accessible to many investors who can’t afford to buy a property or just don’t want to own and manage real estate in Asia, as it is time consuming and very difficult to manage efficiently as a foreigner.
What are the benefits of backing via Lugani.io?
Lugani.io makes it easy for common people to access a variety of real estate opportunities with a relatively small amount of capital. The minimum amount for backing our projects is 1% of the value of the property offered on Lugani.io, which enables backers to create a diversified portfolio. All projects are 100% owned by Lugani. While every form of backing carries a degree of risk we reduce this risk to our backers by conducting thorough due diligence we before we buy and offer any property on the platform.
